Q. How do I place an order?

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A. An email will be sent out to you stating that your order has "completed" . This will inform you that your order has been processed and your mailing address has been submitted to the publisher.

Q. How can I cancel my order?

A. Please contact us by email or phone to cancel or replace your existing subscription.

Delivery

Q. Do you deliver outside of the U.S. ?

A. We do not currently deliver outside the U.S.

Q. How long will it take to receive my first issue?

A. Publishers ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-8 weeks; these are standard industry lead times.

Q. How do I change my mailing address?

A. At any time during your subscription, you may change your address by contacting us by email or phone.

Renewals

Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?

A. Yes your can, select the magazine that you would like to renew and make sure to check out with name and address as it appears on your current mailing label. Your order will be added to the end of your current subscription.

Q. I placed a renewal through your service, but now I am receiving two copies of the same magazine.

A. We will contact the publisher and ask that they combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate for the duplicate issues.

Q. Will you automatically renew my subscription once it expires? (auto renewal)

A. No, we don’t believe in auto-renewing your subscriptions.

A. A search box is available at the top of every page throughout the site. You may also browse for a magazine title by category.

A. We offer discounted subscriptions for more than 1,495 magazines.
